Super excited to share this an incredible experience like no other.
A FAMOUS GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED HILLCLIMB I DID ON CUSTOM MOTORCYCLE - BMW R18!
Not used to leathers, sat on the bike literally already late to leave I had not much time to consider will my legs stretch enough to change the gears. I just went for it.
The most rewarding was knowing my son is watching me and his confession he was very proud at the end.

This week has been absolutely mad, guys. The video is out later then normal as I am away. (Hardly, but I made it). Wishes from Russia! As soon as I am aloud out I'm hopping on a custom built Cafe Racer and filming here. Meanwhile enjoy my little moment of fame - Goodwood Hillclimb. But you know what was the best part of it? My son said he was watching me, and he was proud. That was a priceless moment.

I'd love to go to the festival of speed! But getting to actually ride up the hill climb is crazy dream stuff!! That should stick with you for ever. What a buzz with adrenaline that must have felt... and you nailed it on a mental bike straight off. Young Damon will never forget that trip, what an experience for a cool petrolhead kid. I'm jealous and proud you got to do all that. Excellent job Dei.

I’m happy enough with my standard R18…but hell would I love the opportunity to ride that custom one!😍🤤 And I’ve gotta say, I’m onside with your son’s pick of the best supercar, being Lamborghini! Since I was a kid it has always been my favourite & happy to say my son has followed suit! It would be terrific to one day came across from Australia to attend such an event. My Pommy mate who lives here in Oz has had several trips to The Festival Of Speed. Oh well…one day…🤔💭😎👍🏼🇦🇺

A great review of the R18. Love the look of some of the custom looks especially the Bleachmann, with the BMW kidney shaped front nose. You have one cool son

I was so excited for you when I heard you were going to ride a BIG bike up the hill. You looked like a real racer !! It looked like you had a good time, and oh wow "mini me" has got so big, so fast. A good looking man now who certainly has a lot of girls chasing him. I wish we could move freely in 🇨🇭 without masks. This was another Super video, with a good interview about a brand that I don't like, but interesting. Good video Dei which I enjoyed watching, you are a lucky woman. Thanks and greetings, stay safe.

Nice sports cars there 🏎️👍 Racey looking brough superior 🏍️. Cool Suzuki 2 stroke. Luv the Jaguar EV Lemans style car & Lambo Aventador. Wow the BMW R18 bobber u rode looks rad in that colour scheme & pipes 😎🤘. Also the R18 cafe racer one with the custom chrome mag wheels & really short chrome pipe.

Fantastic! Well done. At the same time, I'd love to do the same course on my 2011 Road Glide, built like the ogre I am - trying to convert to metric here - just a bit shy of 2 meters tall, about 140 kilos!

It is a bike for commuting - I do it every day to central london. Anyway fair play for riding it, I'm ok with manoevering it in tight spaces for parking etc but then I'm over 100kg.

You know when a first time I’ve got a call from BMW motorrad to do a hillclimb I thought it’s gonna be one of them MX challenges. I still said yes, on m1000RR haha Though if they’re crazy enough to ask me I must be mad enough to do it!

Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah heavy bike. Not a problem when moving, but was really freaking out when had to stop slightly up the hill. 😅

Cool bike and opportunity to ride it and to take your son to see all the cool cars and bikes! But that robot at the end is scary.. they are trying to sell it by being cute but its not.. its scary.. ive seen how it goes in movies.. they are gonna kill us all! 😬
