Kat Timpf is one of the brightest stars on the Fox News Network, but she got her start at a small liberal-arts school in Michigan called Hillsdale College, where she graduated in 2010.
This documentary by the student filmmakers of Hillsdale College looks at Kat's childhood, her formative years at Hillsdale, the many challenges she had to overcome, and how she eventually found her way to New York City and stardom on the airwaves of Fox News.
"Hillsdale to Hilltop" is a four-part documentary that looks at four extraordinary Hillsdale College graduates: poet Will Carleton, Congressman Phil Crane, NFL legend Chester Marcol, and Fox News personality Kat Timpf.
A film by Monroe Beute, Max Cote, Beth Crawford, Chris Dick, Henry Hammond, Olivia Pero, Cat Spalding, Elizabeth Troutman, and Ameera Wilson. Instructor: Buddy Moorehouse.

Until watching this video, I thought Kat was just another pretty face on Fox News and the Greg Gutfield show. I was pleasantly surprised by her achievements, along with the life journey she has trod. I was impressed with her outlook on life, the "behind the scenes" history she has endured. Now, all I can say is: "Go Kat - Go Kat - Go Kat - GO!"

Met her when she was here in Dallas. Great conversationalist and intelligently informed on a number of issues. Funny as heck also! Hillsdale trains and prepares academic high achievers to go into the world and be societal high achievers. They should be proud she and Maria Servold are graduates. Kat's attitude about thanking and wanting to show her alma mater that they made the right choice by granting her a full ride scholarship shows character and integrity not often seen in a person as young as her.

Viewing this on Mother's Day [2024] makes many of us, except those with ice in their veins, think how bittersweet the day is for someone like Kat who was close to her mother, cherished her to no end -- and lost her DECADES too soon. Her mom would be bursting with joy and pride upon seeing this film. . . . . Boston Market*, R.I.P. . . . . Thanks much and Congrats for a fine film to Hillsdale alum who were the student filmmakers, or are if still undergraduates, to Kat Timpf, Hillsdale College Class of 2010, so worthy of being profiled. Stay True ? 😂😂😂😂 she's phony as hell , They should of showed her interview about her alopecia and how insecure and depressed it makes her , also those fake glasses hide her homeliness' she's admitted she does not need to wear glasses , she just thinks they make her look smarter . She's admitted no hair extensions , no glasses , no make- up makes her look like a homely boy , there's pictures of her without these things and she 100% right .
