what does isomalt taste like? I'm so curious about it and another woman on here told me it just taste like sugar when no flavoring is added. Is this true?
true. isomalt is a sugar substitute, far as i know people with diabetes can eat as well, taste like sugar. I'm a professional pastry chef, so i'm using it for decor, as it's more durable then sugar
