Hilton Manila is just a 4-minute drive away from NAIA terminal 3, but you can also just walk to the hotel via Runway Manila Skybridge. This hotel is connected to a shopping mall and to different restaurants that's why I find the hotel's location very strategic. In case you have a business meeting around SM Mall of Asia, the mall is just around 15 minutes away from Hilton Manila.
