I've been waring the HIM collection style and classic for a couple of years and there amazing. Of course they need some trimming but because their made with different lengths they blend beautifully. I just bought another classic. I ware mine all day and sleep with it on also. I have no problem. These wigs in my opinion are the best made and great quality 👌

Your comment is helpful to me and I apologize for the delay in reading it. Since opening 3 years ago, I have discovered other really great lines too. If you like the HIM collection, I think you might like the Belle Madame collection and also Ellen Wille has some new styles out too. Thank You Debra for the review on the Classic .This is the second shock I received . The first one was the price of the Classic I was just about to order one because it looked so great and natural . The second shock was when you took it out of the box. It looks nothing like the picture of the model Your stylist would have to do a lot of work to make it look like the picture I think the models they show in their catalog have real hair and they are trying to make you think that's what you will look like when you buy one. So thank you FOR THE REVIEW.
I bought the long hair wig called Daring and it is awesome, I didn't need to alter it at all, I just used mousse and hairspray to style it exactly like the model and it blends perfect with my short 1/8" beard so I ended up looking like a surfer and that works for me. It's easy to maintain, wash and style so for me it's been great. I paid about $400.00 including tax at the local wig shop. I bought it in late 2019 so I am considering getting the one called Sophistication because the shop has it in stock it also styled easily at the shop without any altering needed.
Thanks for the info. If you like Daring, you might like Dave by Ellen Wille. It came out recently and it’s nice and also it’s heat friendly. I ordered one in to do a video and the lace front is very nice. I am glad to hear of a good local wig shop near you and thanks for watching!

Debra YOUR REVIEW IS 100% ACCURATE. I bought this "Elvis on quaaludes" /"Crazy Professor" wig named CLASSIC by HIM. It looked freakish out of the box and NO AMOUNT of product or styling could make it REMOTELY resemble the depiction in the catalogue. I sent it back for a full refund and got it. I also decided to research the model wearing "Classic". He's from Brazil ( a beautiful country and peoples) based in Miami and the photo is of his REAL hair. So, Hallicrafters88 has the right scoop. Thank you, Debra for warning others about these fraudulent and overpriced "men's wigs." Wishing you good health and prosperous business. What proof do you have for your claim that the catalog photos are the model's real hair and not a wig? What is the model's name? FYI - the same model is also featured in the catalog in a different wig.
Agree. Him collection wigs have no sideburns, the lengths which are supposedly, sideburns, are uneven & they require the handiwork of a hairdresser. Yes, the knots are big, the lace is coarse & cut unevenly in front
Sideburns! You really should learn more about what you’re criticizing before criticizing. I have really enjoyed my (sideburnless!) HIM wigs. Wonderful lace fronts, great colors
Yes I have to say I didn’t know anything about men’s wigs at that time. That was maybe 5 years ago but anyway I have come a long way in my expertise since then. That was about 2,500 clients ago. I have to say though for construction overall I like Belle Madame and also Ellen Wille just as much as HIM.
I agree-I really like Ellen Wille, but the color selection is VERY limited. If you need a blonde-grey combo, they have no selection whatsoever. Whereas HIM offers blonde with either 30% grey, or 50% grey. Ellen Wille offers some great, fun styles-but really only if you’re shopping for brown-black hair bases. I wear the Edge wig by HIM hairuwear. The colour and style are actually decent. My biggest complaint about the HIM series is that the hairlines looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on their website. The knots at the base are huge, and the lace is clearly visible, I wouldn't even consider wearing my hair up with my hairline exposed. The hairline looks worse than barbie doll hair, and that's not an exaggeration. Luckily I always preferred to wear my bangs over my forehead, so this isn't an issue. Just be aware of this before ordering.

I am flattered you would take the time and I love input like this from those who wear the product. I posted that video three years ago and boy have I learned that often the pictures can look deceiving so I have to agree with you. But I was a little harsh because after the stylist helped me, it looked great. I also wanted to say that Ellen Wille and Belle Madame’s lines are excellent and consistent in quality so you may want to check them out in your area. I am very picky about quality and have to say those are worth a look for sure.
You have dark hair, huh? HIM doesn’t bleach thier knots on the lace, so I agree that their lace fronts don’t look ideal in darker colors. I wear blonde based HIM wigs (including Edge), with the front completely swept back, and the lace front completely exposed. It looks so natural and undetectable that I’ve been known to just take my wigs off in order to convince people that I am indeed wearing a wig. With the great lace front and HIM’s wonderful ash based blonde colors, the look is so good people don’t believe it’s a wig even when I tell them.
Yes, that’s the level of disbelief that people have when you do alternative hair right! I wish I had more male clients willing to post their pics, to date I have had a grand total of 2. Sometimes clients get the reaction of friends and family thinking their natural hair grew back. Thanks for taking time to post your reactions and experience!
If you’re old enough, the ash blond with 30% grey (M38S I think?) is an amazing color-not too blond (ie. gold), not too grey, and very natural and NON-WIGGY. I wore it for 4 years, but am old enough now to wear the blond with 50% grey, which is also a great natural color, just grey-er and more appropriate for us 60 yo+ guys…@@thistime1483
