Edit: I did not realize this video looked and sounded so bad. I'll try to re-record it in the future. Sorry. Album 1, Track 6 Capo 4 Am, C, G for practically the entire song. Em for the 'bridge'
That "acoustic" version is so damn good. Great video man, I like the background you give, like it's not necessary but it really adds a completeness to the lesson
Hi Brain, sincerely thanks for your tutorials, all of them. For me, you sound wonderful, and you do great job working out all of the songs so far, just you know, for those who aren't able to do it by themselves (me). I appreciate it so much. Usually I keep silent on youtube (like really this is my first comment, no kidding haha), but I know you will read it for sure, so let me share a bit of my impression. I'm not even a beginner guitar player, it's simply my instrument of emotional therapy, I'm soooo bad at playing it actually. The only songs I'm ready to put efforts into are HIM songs, bcz it works for me as one thing: emotional therapy and that beautiful music, or mere feeling (bcz my playing still doesn't sound like music), imagining that I'm touching the piece of art through striking some related chords, maybe singing along, maybe just pondering, it helps, it fixes my mind, soul whatever. And YOU are the only one who creates and, may it sound fancy, generously confide this treasure to me (us, everyone who finds it useful) just right as I personally can take it and not skip a song disappointed with my inflexible fingers or sth else, I'm by far not a musical person. Just listening to your apologies like you were absent for some time etc, is kinda sad (for me. I know things on youtube probably work different, you should please your audience maybe), bcz it's only your decision to share and give other ppl like me the chance to learn sth new and enjoy your tutorials, and later hopefully enjoy ourselves performing favorite songs, or whatever the reason ppl come here and watch it. You don't have to apologize or explain too much I guess. Keep up with your own pace and please you, too, enjoy making your content. And I hope the diagnosis you mentioned at the beginning, it will/can be treated and you'll be ok, just bcz it's good to be ok, not bcz of tutorials haha :) I tried to figure out what actually the diagnosis is, english isn't my language, and I wasn't sure about the abbreviation, so it was bit challenging, I listened to you saying it like 10 times before I got it correctly and googled. So take care of yourself in any case and enjoy what you're doing here for us, we truly appreciate it. (btw that's why I usually don't leave comments, it took me 410 words to just say I'm grateful for your work :)
That is one of the nicest things I've ever read about myself. It really means a lot to me that something I am doing means so much to you. Thank you. I'll try and get the next one recorded this week. I've been saying that for weeks. But now I've got a little written agenda to try and help me keep myself on-track. Really, thank you. It means everything to me to read comments like this. It floors me. Thanks.
Haha I've streamed before and that's usually how it goes. But I also only tend to stream when I'm drinking. Which, ironically, makes for a worse performance haha.
