so, what most people don't realise is fitting led's and resistors doesn't save any power. it only means you get a nice bright led. Simpler solution is to fit an LED flasher relay. About $5 from an auto parts store. I just changed the lamps in my existing blinkers and fitted an LED flasher. Total cost, $25 and about 30 minutes total.

Change the oil yourself and postpone the warranty check. Your warranty will be fine. I had to do this because the dealer had no filters. I procured my own filters.
question....I believe I have that same exact headlight....after I plug in the 3 prong main plug....what do I do with the red wire off the headlight and the brown and black wire from the bike?
@@NowhereFastADV so....should I just cut the connector off the stock headlamp, snip off the ground.....and splice the red from the LED to the yellow on the plug and plug it in? Also.....is there a fuse within the LED light itself....can't get mine to go on after the initial test (just using the three prong connection).....fuse is all good.....I HATE messing with electrical.....LOL
There's no fuse. If the old headlight works when plugged in the the new one may be faulty.. if both don't work you may have blown the headlight fuse on the bike.. dead on for wiring the park light though
@@NowhereFastADV thanks a lot Shane....I figured it out...it was, in fact, the fuse...I misread the fuse diagram on the lid of the fuse box (it was pitch black out) but it seems backwards if you think about it...just read the amps....but it was much easier to figure things out during the daytime hours.....😂
