Sir good information given. I have a question that what is tatima and if we purchase land from one person who was cultivating it from more than ten years but they are three brothers in total. So, after registry how can we owned our piece of land. Please reply sir.

Tatima is seperate plot of lands of seperate individuals, after mutation(division). The cultivator of Land (kashtkar) shall also be the owner of the land. Then only he can legally sell his part. You can own it, after registry of land. You have to apply to Tehsildar office for demarcation purspose. Tehsildar may be himself ofay depute kanongo and patwari to demarcate your piece of ownership. More depeds upon type of land.

Sir, I have 3 questions. 1. Measurement units in zamabandi are in metric system, but commonly used formula is biswa/bigha. How to convert it to bigha biswa? 2. How to calculate total land from zamabandi in one khewat? 3. How to know which khasra number is where? 4. How to get complete Khewat map?

As much I have understood. 1. The measurement terms in HP Zamabandi are in Bigha/Biswa/Biswanshi. 1 Hectare = 2.47 Acre. 1 Hectare = 12.36 Bigha approx in HP 2. Patwari 3. Patwari 4. Application to Tehsildar office. The questions were 4.

Sir I Buy a share of my aunty in 1966 ,2 Kanal 17 Marle . By mistake of revenue deptt 15 Marle is not mutations til1988 jamabandi in our name and not show the name of previous share holders but 1992 the name of previous share holders is entered instead of our/ my name and Aunty again sale 15 Marle in 2010 to another person and also mutations.from 2010 I and my family Suffered due this to solve this problem but nobody of revenue deptt help me . please give me suggestions to this correction . Shamlat land is a common land. You may get into dispute. So I would not recommend buying it.

What we get from lok mitra kendra has latest details like information about transfer of ownership in 2018 or so, but this site is giving me option of 2014 year only. Is there any site where we can get latest info?

If you want to find more details you have to contact tehsil office they will give you previous details of owners it can take time but worth it
