The story of a Divine Wind(KamiKaze) pilot. Write a letter and send what little posessions you have home with it. These pilot were sometimes blackmailed to do this.

A real work of art haechi! The video itself is quite simple in it's scenes but the voice over, the translation really brought it to life. Not like screaming "very honourabru" at the top of your voice in a faux japanese accent.

Heichi, perhaps you can also do one of the crew who bombed hiroshima? I recall the co-pilot later coming on a talk show with a survivor and saying that the first thing he had said as the bombed detonated was "dear god, what have we done?" This would be legendary, if not better to recreate the whole mission, with added radio chatter of the crew, and the famous exclamation of the co-pilot which summed up the emotions of the crew itself.

Excellent Haechi. Once again a moving story, simple and honest. Very poetic, hence the letter.

I don't play War Thunder, but I have no problem myself with playing war games, and I play some quite avidly. To me, and the majority of the world, gaming is usually just a means of entertainment. That is what makes this channel so unique. War Thunder isn't the content, but the medium. A medium in which forgotten stories are resurrected, or at least recreated. It is always heartwarming to see that despite the glossing-over of war and conflict by the media and gaming industry, there are those who take the time to remember that individuals fought those wars. And that each one of them, regardless of their allegiance, is worth remembering. This video deserves millions more views and likes, and you deserve as many more subscribers.

You guys should watch The Eternal Zero(2013). Extremely good films both of these. I think Haechi got that idea from that movie. This is like the sequel of The Eternal Zero. Special Attack Force Last assault. Since this is 3 minutes and that movie is over 2 hrs. Both are very emotional. It reminds you that everyone aren't robots or life isn't a test. THey have their own lives as well. I recommend The Eternal Zero.

the movie is wonderful and the music is wonderful.... but the Japanese pilot sound like a 12-years old boy. It make me imagine as if Justin Bieber wrote it for Selena Gomez in Japanese.

It's really easy to hate the Japanese when reading about accounts of their actions in the Philippines or China. It's difficult to understand that the same people are even capable of acts of Honor. Films like this remind me that they were capable of both, as we all were. (I am in no way equating anything the Americans ever did with the horrors of Germany or Japan)

I posted a comment on your first video in this series in which I said that Germans and Russian soldiers were heroes, but we must admit that Japanese soldiers were heroes too, but even more honorable. I must say, that this video (As it is the other one) is very impressing. Cheers

cool but I got 2 problems: 1. As far as I know the rammer planes didn't even get guns let alone ammunition as it was extra weight considering their mission. Since they were going to die no point in wasting ammunition a real fighter would need. 2. When firing the Japanese Pilots rarely used both guns AND cannons in unison for normal fire. They would normally line up with the regular 30 cals then used the 20s when they were confident the cannons would connect. This is due to the disparity in ammunition when comparing large ammo load of the rather dinky 30 cals to the sparse ammo load of the hard hitting 20s. Absolutely no source on this as it's just "I heard from a guy who heard from a guy" stuff, but I would think it's pretty accurate.
