how tall are you and step over comfort? Your seat looked very high unless a 6ft-2 plus rider is riding this set up. Excellent content and enjoyed the smooth pacing. Thanx a bunch!
I need help. I bought a Himiway and received it 2/15/21. All good out of the box and for 3 rides. On my 4th ride lost all power had to walk it home. After checking all connections and finally getting to tech support it was determined controller was the problem. I paid $99 to have a new controller. It has been 11 days and my controller has not been confirmed for delivery. Please help.
That's weird that you say you had to pay.....the website says 2 yr warranty for manufacture defects. Why did you have to pay $99? Why are you asking for help here on yt instead of customer service? Why did you have to "walk" it home? You can ride without power by pedaling. Sounds fishy to me.
I had the same thing happen. It was first thought it was the hub motor. A replacement was sent but I was required to post a $300 charge to my credit card. It was not the motor and ended up being the controller. They sent a controller and that fixed the problem. I was refunded the money after I sent the parts back. Not a good policy as far as I'm concerned but had no choice. I guess that the way the do it in China.

I've read that unlocked the Himiway Cruiser could max out at 32-33 mph but recently Himiway has cut back on that maximum speed. I was considering the Cruiser because I want to run it unlocked in open areas where laws don't apply. Anybody got any info about that?
