ı have QiCYCLE. ı am thinking selling this byke than buy Himo. But ı m worried about heavy. ı can use easly qicykle without electtric. but for himo this will be hard. but 8O km is good range. for qickle this is only 3O km with electric. what is your opinionn?
Hello from Athens-Greece and thank you for your time to make this professional video. I will get a himo z20 shortly. The only thing that misses is a software to hack the maximum speed as I think the motor is not 250 but 500w power.

Nice review. The QiCycle seems geared as an urban runabout, where you can pick it up and take it anywhere, like your office. The bigger wheels and tyres on the Z20 and the longer range would seem to make it a good choice for venturing further afield, maybe even off road onto gravel trails. I'm stuck between the Z20 and the Fiido D11.
I was in same situation, but I decided to go with Himo Z20 instead of D11 because of the price, security & ease of use. D11 battery not as secure as Himo. Anyone can take the seat post which has battery in it and make your bike redundant and you have to keep taking seat off to charge when you live on 2nd floor. Some users say it's making seat post weak and unstable in long term use. That's why I chose Himo.

I wouldn't recommend such a modification as the geometry is design not to exceed the original seat post. I think it could exceed the stress the bike can be accepted. So, in the end, the bike could break
My qicle has a quite long saddle carrier. It is long enough for a man taller than 190. I am 184 and it is all right for me. So you have a shorter saddle pipe than i have on the bike.

They've done a good job with the Z20, looks way more appealing. Couldn't believe anyone would have been caught riding the Qicycle and not feel like a toddler riding his first wheels
It depends on your size. I measure 1m76, and I'm too tall to enjoy the QiCYCLE. Even if the QiCYCLE is lighter, I can't pedal comfortably. So, I found the HIMO better to ride.
Hey! The max speed was 20 kph when I received it. But an official update upgrade the max speed to 25 kph. And now I use an unofficial software version allowing me to upgrade the max speed to 29 kph
I have read that the Himo c20 (I think it is the same as the z20) does not have much power in the assistance. People say that you have to pedal a lot to feel the assistance when we go across a hill. In forums people say it is very smooth and very progressive engine. That's right? I would like to know your opinion. You seem more serious than many forums 😉
Thanks! Yes, the HIMO C20 is the same bicycle as the HIMO Z20. The only difference is the C20 can't be folded. About the electric assistance, it happens only when you are in eco mode. In this mode, you are assisted until you reached 18kph. And the motor is on when it detects that you are pedaling with the help of a cadence sensor. This isn't the strong part of this bicycle where the QiCYCLE is better for pedal-assist with his torque sensor that detects the power you put in the pedal. So, if you want the max power of the Z20, you need to use the High mode, and in this mode, the pedal-assist is off, and you need to turn the handle like a motorcycle, then the motor delivers its max power. And if you want, you can assist the motor by also pedaling.
