I booked a vacation for Finest playa Mujeres in Cancun for September 19-26. I found out on September 18 that my sisters baby passed away. I tried canceling right away and flight was no issue but the hotel doesn’t care. I’ve called them almost every day with nothing to show for it. I have left reviews but still nothing. I need help. Also thse sellers are used to not receiving the full amount of money till once the merchandise is shipped or received at the port.. paying full amount up front shows theyre dealing with a noob and thats how they know they could scam him. NEVER pay a large amount of money like that up front till you have proof of what youre buying.. demand the seller to show you what theyre shipping.
