the people who are not able to run their codes in jupyter notebook....those who are struck with non stop [*] symbol beside their codes..then pls don't use Windows power shell as your command prompt....install Anaconda prompt using this url......... jupyter.org/install ........ it took my entire day to research and get to the solution as i too was facing the same problem...and i don't want others to suffer from same...so...do install anaconda promt if u r faccing issue in executing codes!

video me power shell ko as admin run kiya gaya hai for installing jupyter ... lekin ye kam command window se bhi ho jata hai ... yahan pur bhi kuch confusion hai jaise pip install notebook comand bhi dikhta hai internet pur install jupyter comand aapne use kiya
