The Farmer should be made to tidy up all of the Scrap and Rubbish that was strewn all over the place, As well as blocking the By Way. Disgusting.

That farmer should be reported to the local council for deliberately blocking a public ByWay. There are other video's of the farmer going crazy at bikers on here.
