Sec 7, 8 does not say that adopter should not have son/ daughter. Pl correct this. Also If someone is adopting a son then he should not have a son but can have a daughter. Similarly, if someone. Is adopting a daughter then should not have daughter. This point is covered under Sec-11.

Sir, in this video - Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1956, please clarify in detail about "Section 10 (iii) He or She has not been married, unless there is a custom or usage," (A) whether an adult who is above 22 years of age can be adopted ? (B) if the person to be adopted is a widow and above 22 years of age can he/she be adopted ? (C) please explain the legal process of adopting a person who is above 22 years of age ? please replay me back.

(Please read the entire comment🙏) What is the Hindu Marriage Act's Bases? And why is it illegal to have two wives? (When both wives concur on the relationship) Several factors that will prevent two marriages 1) Money; 2) Society; 3) Love Life; 4) Religion If the first wife consents, the second marriage will take the following factors into account: financial and property distribution, love life. Then any residual social, religious, or legal restrictions that prevent a person from getting married to two women at once. Hence, extramarital affairs and live-in relationships (Section 497) are why legal? (If having two wives (marriage in accordance with religion) violates our religious ideals, how is cheating (living with a BF/GF) legal under our laws?) Extramarital and living Should be illegal🙏

according to section 7 it is correct but only for hindus, but do you really think people follow this law, because they also give and take adoption without registration, but still this happens.

Kindly look into this sir may people have same problem as same I was adopted by Say (X) at the age of below 1 year only on oral basis without Hindu adoption law or without law of adoption. Main points 1. I went to my original parents and married a woman under presence of my original parents in 2005 . My own parents did my marriage. After I went to my original parents my adopted father sold his self acquired or self owned property in 2011 to his brother in-law's son. 2. My adopted father was dead in 2020 December, I came on his death day after 15 years and I did funeral formalities as per Hindu formalities as a son to my adopted father. 3. My adopted mother is alive now living with his own brother. Q1. Can I put a case against my adopted mother how sold property without my permission? Q.2 is there any law to cancel those sold property Q.3 can I ask through court what they did with Money they sold property. Major questions Q1 . If i can claim under what section I can forward Q.2 If not what section are against me Please do a video sir

You should take care of your adopted parents also..... 1st... You left them and went to your original parents.... Its against you. 2nd.....they have full rights to their property..... You can't say that it is yours.... Your adopted parents will choose that they will give you or not.

Sir Under Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956 of section-1, it's valid whole of India except Jammu and Kashmir. So question is why J&K is excluded??

Because the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 was passed by the parliament by which J & K became the part of Indian, I mean Article 370 was become unconstitutional and from 31 oct, 2019 all the laws are applicable in Whole of India including J & K. please purchase new bare Act.

Sir i want to adopt a child . I am 28 years old n my husband is 32 years . We both got married 7 months ago . We were trying to have baby soon as my eggs count was less . Recently doctor said i cant have baby from my own egg n same time i had a cancer at my young age so its is though completely cured but because of treatment i cant carry a baby bec of lot of complications .
