The tutorial was excellent. I replaced three in the door. I can not get the pantry to close completely. I adjusted everything but still can't get door to close tight.
It sounds like a hinge may be binding. For doors with 3 hinges, I remove the middle hinge and adjust the top and bottom hinges for proper operation. Reinstall the middle hinge and adjust that one until the door closes properly. Let me know if that works.
@@Timberman00 - I played with the door last night and did what you instructed. There is still about 1/4" gap until complete closure. I'll give another try this weekend when I have more time. Thanks for getting back with me. The door is much better than it was before I replaced the hinges.
Thank you Ernie very helpful! Is there a way to adjust the travel of the door? Cabinet is butted up against another cabinet at a ninety degree angle. Id like to stop it about an inch or so to keep the door from hitting the other cabinet.Thank you!!
Hi Billy, Search the web for: grass 864 soft close angle reduction clip. They are a little tricky to put in the hinge, but they stop the door about 85 deg.
