Hinomi H1 Pro V2 Ergonomic Chair: The Most Versatile Chair with Customisable Comfort 

I have one on the way!! Super excited to see a manufacturer actually pay attention to what "we" the consumer actually need in a chair, and have the where with all to make it a reality. Way to go Hinomi!! :)

My back feels sore after using this chair. Despite trying all the settings this chair is too uncomfortable. The lumbar support is too aggressive. Everyone I know who bought this chair ended up returning it for the same reason. Even when offered a 100$ rebate to keep tje chair, they still returned it.

Does this V2 has a better back support in standard/working position now, or do we still have just lumbar support and no back support?

I fully intend to buy this chair, but first i have to ask how good is the tilt? Ideally a chair should cup my when i lean back or have some kind of tilt lock

The headrest doesn't come forward nearly far enough to touch my neck if I am sitting upright. Any way to fix this?

I went to the showroom in Singapore last evening to try the chair and it was a terrible experience, It is mind-bogglingly how bad the service was. I wanted to try the different chairs, but the customer service person just stood there like a statue while we tried the chairs. He didn't bother explaining the different chairs' functions and was most unhelpful. All he did was tell us to order online??? After that horrible experience, I would never buy a Hinomi chair. I would rather buy from OKAMURA or Herman Miller. Reply
