Okay so ppl talking abt how she's making hip dip look like a bad thing needs to chill, honestly. I feel you guys are taking it the wrong way. She said in the title hip dip workout, that is working on you hip, not reducing or what you are translating it to be. She didn't say how to reduce hip dip or whatever so y take it the wrong way. It's like saying butt workout, don't u already have a butt but needs some toning right so does that mean it's wrong and we shouldn't do it?

Ok so this is my new everyday workout now! I have done this twice now and let me tell u it feels magic and works like magic as well! ok so I've seen that several ppl have been commenting that this vid makes hip dips look like something bad, that they are part of your bone structure and that's why you can't change it...ik that hips are a bone, but in addition to bone we have muscles that we can form and then, make hip dips not stand out sm!! So w im trying to say is that this vd is not made with the intention of creating insecurities or underestimating hip dips :>
Hey everyone or more like anybody who's willing to reply. I can feel pain and i feel it's a hard work WHILE im doing these exercises but i DO NOT GET a muscle ache the next day. Ive been doing this for abt a month now dont think ive visible result tho i sort of feel a different "mass" in my back side. My question is. Can i do this workout 2x repeated EVERY DAY or is it hard enough on my muscles to take a 24 hr break? When i think of resting days body building and weight training comes to my mind not these sort of exercises Can someone pls tell me if i do more harm then good by doing this every day?
hi, I will be writing here my achievements in this for a month 1 day. It was not difficult and my hips hardly hurt. You can live Day 2. Rest Day 3. Rest Day 4 It was really hard. Definitely harder than the first workout. Muscles are burning
Ok I guess doing these are better than doing nothing, but she should incorporate leg weights or resistance bands to get a little more workout benefit and muscle definition - as is, any "muscle" definition you may see at all, such as in her abdomen, is really just a result of excessive thinness rather than actual abdomnal exercise as she no obliques to speak of.
Hey girl I love you but this workout is a no. First of all, it’s not gonna work because hip dips are based off of bone structure, so it won’t change. And two because it’s making them seem like a bad thing, which it is not.
I actually love my hip dips hehe but just trying it out let's see ,don't know if I will do it routinly but definitely incorporate these thanks anyways ❤🤎 and remember girls hip dips are completely normal and also it's nothing wrong to love them i fully am trying to embrace mine so try to do yours too 🤎
