Dude I’m so glad you are reacting to this band This song touched me so much I got a bird in a cage tattooed on my arm cause grief is a lot like that line. You need to see Architects live! I saw them in London in January and it was genuinely the best day of my life, been to a couple of concerts, and theirs topped them all in a heartbeat! So much emotion, so damn good live, talented beyond belief!

Honestly there isn't a better metalcore band out there right now than Architects. They honestly check all the boxes in making a really great all-around metalcore song. He has very clear screams too, which are really accessible because you can honestly understand everything he's saying (which is huge because what he's saying is important!).

This album it's from Holy Hell is probably my favorite Metal album from the 2010's, it's a 10/10 album for me.

The lyric part "is this the price that we have to pay", i got massive goosebumbs when his voice changes in that part of the sentence. And OMG! I have seen them for the first time in februari, not really knowing them, but damn, they are just the same live when on cd :O

I accidentally knew Architects in a channel in RU-vid named Ruslan Malyshev because he do public guitar performance of metal band songs. At first I was just hearing the guitar riffs and extremely interested knowing who the band is being played and searched them and found a true gem of music and musicians. Hef you’ve got my fave reactions. Because your HEAR the music instead of just listen to the noise that can be rock/metal. Digging in to meaningful lyrics is key with a lot of these songs and you do a great job.

Sam Carter's vocals are the most impressive vocals I've heard from anyone period. Especially when he sings the same lyrics in screams in this song, this just proves the impressive vocal range he has.

You NEED to hear their song "Gone With the Wind", Live at Alexandra Palace specifically. They dedicated the song to Tom Searle, their former guitarist who died of cancer. Sam gives a speech and breaks down 3/4 of the way through. The crowd helps him finish the song and its awesome.
