Hello ! I have a question for you concerning hip mobility. I play competitive hockey in France, and I don't have ANY mobility/flexbility at the hips. I can"t mohawk at all. I started playing hockey in 1998, and when I was a kid, we weren't taught about mohawk turns. I'd like to add it to my skating skills, but do you think being a grown man (I'm 27) will be too late to develop hip mobility? I can't open my hip at all, do theses exercices will be efficient quickly or does it take time ? Thanks a lot, best regards !
Takes a little bit of time but you will feel the results instantly, focus on hip strength too that could be the problem, I play AAA youth hockey and hip flexibility improves speed and risk of injury
