Yes, but his new updated book is even better for hips. I even use the tower! Used that book for years and have improved greatly with the new exercises. Thanks!
I’m so pleased to hear you’re so improved! I’ve got all the video walkthrough routines from the new pain free within my monthly membership platform The Posture Squad if you’re interested! Xxx
I've recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, so have started to use the exercises in this book. I've not tried those in this video before now, but have just tried the first two, quite cautiously at first, and am very surprised to be told that these are very difficult. I'm 80 years old and found both very easy to do. If these are considered to be difficult I think it's a sad indictment on most people's posture.,
I hope the routine helps you Maggie and glad you find it easy! And yes, it's quite scary how little muscular function many people have. As childhoods/lifestyles become more indoors/technology focused, our ability to move is reducing at a horrifying speed xxx
A new edition of Pain Free was released in the US in November of last year. It's not just an edited or revised version. It's a completely new book. Highly recommended.
