Mike, wishing you a very quick and complete recovery. Thanks for all the info. you have shared over the years. At 67 I have learned more since following you than the previous 45 years of lifting. You would probably call me a very slow learner. 😂
Just had my meniscus repaired . Feels better, did it on leg press, kept working out thinking it ws nothing, but then 2 days later holy shit it hurt, but better now.
Mike I feel you brother. I'm 56 training & competing on/off for 30 years I need to have my r hip done Have arthritis bone on bone. I've had 1 injection lasted 3 weeks getting another in August. I'm just trying to put surgery off til December or Jan. I'm not looking forward to the time out of the gym but know it needs to be done to get my normal lifestyle back. Sso I'm guessing you preferred the front incision method better Hope your rehab goes good.
im in the same boat but I've been waiting to see a doctor for 2 years im considering just forking out the $ to go private, yesterday took over 30 minutes just to put my sock on :/
wtf man, this shit is supposed to improve our quality of life..cutting thru muscle etc would not make me happy. It’s not like lying in bed because you got a really bad virus. Cutting muscle…geez
