This video is to prove that the new system replaces the chain, and is no longer the weakest link in the system. There are separate videos showing that the D1000 also burns through grinding wheels and is hard as hell to cut through. The test is valid. You just need more context.

@@Hekilikaua you said the chain is no longer the weak point, there is no chain . The chain was replaced by the D lock. So why not cut that... i know why cause the "ground achor " part is thicker. Thats why.
Anyway, usually, the steel pipes that you lock your bike to can be cut....... you guys can't replace every single Steel structure known to humanity........
