Hi Dr. Rahim, I just wanted to ask something. Recently, i was warming up and stretching. I tried to do my right split (i said tried because I wasn't that flexible yet, my split were just an inch above the floor) and I bend my body forward to get a bigger stretch, suddenly my right hip cracked or popped forward and I can hear it loudly. After that, the back side of my right thigh, from the butt area to middle of my back thigh, hurts. I feel like the muscles there were pulled or something. It's been hurting for a couple of days now. Should I be concerned? I'm scared
