Kundalini Yoga, with its specific applications to a wide range of health problems, is a great tool to use to initiate self-healing. This program consists of short classes focusing on different problems and gives you specific Kundalini Yoga tools to address these issues.
In this episode, Mariya shares a sequence to adjust and strengthen the hips, thighs, and legs. These exercises help create a proper flow of the energy in the first three chakras which are called the lower triangle. They also energize the navel center and help regulate elimination.

Oh yes, it is normal. But if you feel too much discomfort, don't push it and try to it for less time and stretch afterward.
