Welcome to a new series of videos where I'll be giving forgotten legendary cards "one last chance" at success before they rotate out of standard format. This time around it's Hir'eek the Bat and we put him into a Handbuff Galakrond Zoo shell to make him work just fine! He didn't carry the deck, but he certainly contributed alongside the handbuff package. It turns out all the small demons from Galakrond are perfect for Spirit of the Bat and handbuff shenanigans!

I've had a lot of satisfaction evolving something into Hir'eek and then playing Bog Slosher. 8 mana summon seven 3/3's as Shaman. So tasty.

Hir'eek is just one of those cards where it's so expensive that you're always better off using whatever it synergizes with it on something cheaper. Same with Zerek.

This is why Regis is the best hearthstone streamer out there. He wants to climb, but truly he just loves playing some fun off meta decks and trying to be successful with using stuff outside the box. i kinda think galakrond alone already outpower the opponent and by the time hreek play it feels like just an extra flavor of the already winning match. Doesnt feels like meme dream come true either. And I remember Ive seen some hreek deck that really built around hreek, like using some banker or barista to get more hreek. Also use omega card 5/5 that become triple copy.. I was thinking that if you try to give hreek(or any card in the future) a chance, then the hreek shenanigan package must be more standout than the support package.. *i was afraid in the future you just slam a single splintergraft on already good and compact quest druid

do you ever wonder that perhaps Millhouse mana storm may be un-ironically added to the Hall of Fame due to the 2 years of lackeys we will have. the Year of the dragon cards will be around for a bit, as well as Shamans new evolve spells, so like, Millhouse does continue to always pose the threat of suddenly, 2-mana 4/4. like, two lackeys throw off the potential for that play, as well as a 0-mana spell. i dont know how big of a swing it can be but just, turn 2 4/4 with a sludge slurper giving a faceless, or a witch, no benifit to the enemy

Well... Since using them, my views have doubled, watch time is up 40%, and subscriber rate has tripled. So... I gotta stick with the intros. It's a crapton of work, but it's working. I don't think everyone should expect to identify with every one. But that's okay!
