I couldn't agree more! Business owners who always do every single task themselves will find it very hard to scale their business. The successful ones are usually those who realize early on that they can outsource those repetitive and time consuming tasks to have more time on growing their business.

I am loving all of your content!! Could you please do a tutorial for shooting with a reflector? I’ve noticed your skin tones are always so clean and beautiful with no color casts! I have no idea how to correctly use a reflector so I would love a video showing how!!

Also if you can do a video teaching how to shoot and edit light and airy images with overcast weather! My images that I shoot when the weather is overcast can’t get that same beautiful glow as when it’s sunny and my work ends up losing its consistency in the process

Thanks for the video! Would you suggest having a VA respond to inquiries for weddings? I’ve been on the fence about it because of the personal touch but it would be so helpful because sometimes I can’t respond for a few days.

Hi Jonathan not sure if you a made a decision on this task, but a VA could definitely assist with this. Creating canned emails/templates with frequently asked questions from clients along with the responses could be shared with a VA. These responses can be tailored to sound as if it is you and not just some cookie cut response. For those responses that need your personal touch, make sure to have the VA capture the clients contact information, and let the client know that you will be contacting them to get a deeper idea of their inquiry. With the VA handling inquiries, you are responding to clients in a timely manner, and your VA is also able to weed out those responses that need your personal touch. Decreasing your time being spent on responding to inquiries. Hope this answered your question.

I've had enough of these Virtual assistant services overcharging me with their hourly rates. The inflated hours and lack of transparency are hindering my business's productivity. Is there a service out there that values results over hours and offers fair pricing based on the actual value delivered?
