Kelly and Noah's story

Noah is nearly 10 years old and has global developmental delay, autism and a visual impairment. In this film Noah and mum Kelly tell their story and how The Hamlet Charity provides that place where Kelly and her family can take Noah and know he is going to have a great day and be safe.
