Drogo is a very beautiful, his colors definitely makes him looks like a dragon. I can't believe its been a year already, wow time has been flying!

He's adorable. Now I just gotta play the waiting game to afford one as I did with my cresty. I still remember roughly 10yrs ago they use to be $99+ USD and now their $45-100 depending on the morph and size. But it's nice to see another gentle giant getting more recognition. I wish gargoyle's, especially leechies and chahouas didn't cost so much right now.

Omg, crested geckos and chahouas are so soft! I held one first the first time at an expo, and it was so soft and actually was not very jumpy! I want to get one really bad but first I gotta Save up some money and build the coolest crested gecko tank ever! It’s gonna be bioactive, just like yours! (I just moved my leopard gecko into his bioactive tank!)

Hello Leopard Gecko. I just want to say thank you for the videos about how to care for these amazing animals. Because of the information you provided and the different strategies to overcome some of the challenges in caring for these animals, you gave me the tools I needed to save my little Henryetta. She is an 8 year old Leopard Gecko I rescued that was severely malnourished and suffered MBD. Just 3 weeks ago she refused to eat and just lazed about all day waiting to die. Now she is hunting on her own and trying to catch mealworms with very limited success. lol (I still have to help her get the food in her mouth.)

My crestie is named after a dragon as well! Arkady, from the Temeraire book series.

So he cost about $200 USD. That's not bad at all. For the size he was when you get him and considering he's a full Mainland rather than being a mix, you got a really good deal. Over in the US i've seen 20g juveniles sell for anywhere from $300-$900 depending on what island they were from and their looks. I could easily see baby Drogo go for $600+ here in the US. Glad to see he's doing well and you've settled on a name!

150 sounds like a crazy low price to me, I guess it would be more in US dollars. Here in the US chahoua run 500-2000. I keep thinking they'll get cheaper because it seems a lot of people are breeding them. One day I will get one!

I love your guy. I notice Crested Geckos seem everywhere, but the other island geckos are hard to get. I myself want a Gargoyle Gecko but here they are around $800+ at a breeder Canadian, which is INSANE to me. Though, breeders here also want $300+ for Crested Geckos. So both my Crested Geckos game from shops. One Reptile store - she was $80 and a little bigger(8 grams), my other was from an average petstore and was $50 and only 4 grams - still don't know gender on this one as he/she is only up to 10 grams so far.

I am getting a new lizard but this will be my first chahouah. Obviously you said you use a uvb light for a short time in morning and night and I know that they will eat more bugs but does that mean if I use a UV light I shouldn’t use Pangea just diets without synthetic D3?

I just got a new leopard gecko yesterday and it's a juvenile but we don't know the gender so for now it's name is mango ( it's also albino)

You might get this question a lot but when I got my leopard gecko she was only a month old. I would always see her eating when I put the food bowl cause I make a noise so she knows it’s food. But now for the past two months I never see her eating. She would just walk right past the food dish

I want a Chahoua so bad but here in the states they are $1000-$1500 or more plus shipping, it’s ridiculous breeders here are so greedy and money hungry, I would cry if I found one for that price. Drogo is magnificent, I love his color and he is absolutely adorable.

squad fam this is sorta urgent I made a bioactive tank about two months ago and I chucked some springtails in it and somehow they managed to get into my smaller artificial tank right across the room wat do Rebecca?
