I've had & currently have 1 of these & boy is it loud, even with a sound bar & beautiful display! However, they don't last long before you'll get a backlight buzzer sound or dark display issues. For the price? If it last a year & a half, like they have been. Its worth it for me. Once its set up, don't move it. We've had 2 go bad from moving them from 1 room to another. I'm not sure why they go out or 1/2 of the screen goes black but set it up & don't touch it. lol

It's a great alternative and it looks good. I prefer an IPS for color volume and viewing range. As a low range PC monitor it is perfect.

Thanks steve for the review I've been waiting for 2 months for a review on the a76k there's virtually nothing on the internet about this model other than bestbuy and hisenses description of the product. i did have my 75a76k warranty replaced at 1st because of unacceptable lightbleed from the upper right corner the was very distracting but the new one hisense sent is very minimal light bleed now and I'm very happy with it especially for 529 for a 75" qled 👍

Just started following your channel after reviewing a Samsung video you created. And it threw me for a loop for a second the way that you transition in your videos using the sound effects when you zoom in and you zoom out. Had to subscribe to someone who takes time out to make a good video that is not only informative but also created with quality editing

The 85 inch link is showing a different model. It is showing the a76h and not the a76k, is there a big difference between them? I am looking at getting a "budget" 85in TV for a home theater setup. Torn between this, the tcl q650g and the Sony x80k. All 85in for around the same price. What are your thoughts?

Hi Steve , thanks for the review ! Your reviews are always a joy because you cover --everything -- , some miss detailing the I/O ports , how the legs attach , things like small details that really count . Also the way you show how the user interface is set up is really a great help. I am looking to the 55" Hisense U8N , ( providing they U8K 55" is not carried over for 2024 ??? -- can you comment ? ) Anyway , looking forward to your upcoming reviews from Samsung QN 50" and 55" as well as LG's C4 48" and Hisense. I saw it in Bestbuy. It’s Quite Nice. Like Shocked. I had to like double take. Then OF COURSE. D ONLY panel that had--NO content FEED…..of Entire STORE. THAT one. Always Hisense. 😮

i'm planning on getting hisense a76k qled 55 inch only at best buy it's now affordable at $259.99 because my hisense a6h 4ktv google smart tv the screen cracked when my mom and sister moved us to another new place house but when they went to put me up i try to turn my tv on it was cracked i was disappointed now my mom is upset she have to get me another 4ktv but this hisense a76k 4k qled tv i want is only at best buy but just in case they don't have that 4ktv on the best buy my mother goes too than i will just ask for tlc 55 inch class q6 4ktv qled hdr smart tv with google tv it cost $369.99 at best buy i found out that tv is also affordable qled 4ktv i want as well that als has great ratings at best buy and i also just realized you also made a video about tcl q6 tv as well

Omg this is dirt cheap price. European version of this 55" A7KQ cost arround 510 euros or $560 and even Hisense cheapest 43" A6K is arround $350.

All Google TVs have basic mode, no internet required. Good luck trying to get updates with it tho

@@TechSteve I actually had an employee at BestBuy tell me "all Google tv's must be hooked to the internet, or you can't use the tv." He said they need to be on the internet to do the initial setup. I left the store, because I will not buy a TV that has to be hooked to the internet. So I guess he didn't know what he was talking about. Anyway, I ended-up getting a Samsung Q70C. It's working perfectly, and I never hooked it to the internet. Have you heard about the "update conspiracy" with Samsung TV's? I watched a video where a TV reviewer said Samsung updates can actually make your TV look worse. If it's working perfectly, WHY would you need to "update" it? My TV is never getting updated.
