Had a power dip last night and could not get the TV to connect to my wifi. Worked on it for an hour or so before giving up and going to bed. Tried again in the morning, same thing. Home network showed up, but would not connect. Was going to do factory reset, but first decided to check RU-vid for help. As a fellow RU-vid creator, I should have known to do this first! Worked just as you demonstrated! Thank-you!!!

I faced a different problem and this worked! Hisense Roku TV would not show up as a option to project to from my laptop. I tried a million things, or at least it seemed like it, and then found this video and decided I had nothing to lose. Thanks

My tv won’t even find the network. It says no network found. I have reset network connection, unplugged my router, unplugged the tv, reset tv to factory settings but nothing works. Can someone please help?

I was having the same thing happen to me. Called Hisense, they gave Roku number. Called Roku and I hadta turn off router and connect to Hotspot on my phone. I know, I cussed too. But, it's working. Currently in the middle of updating now

I did all these and it didn’t work for me. My th did reboot but other than that, it is still saying no network found when I scan for networks. The other devices are connecting to the WiFi fine but this tv can’t pick up any WiFi at all. If someone has any solution, I’d appreciate it.

Good video but still did not work for me. I have spent countless hours trying everything that I could find, several times... even updated my software using a USB stick. My last ditch effort was to buy a seperate Roku device (Roku Express for $30 at Walmart) and at least now I can use the TV! It also saved me from having to run a 50 ft ethernet cable to my room from the router.

Edit- it initially worked. I got into Netflix. Then it booted me right back off. I went threw the steps in the video again ( twice ). It would never connect again... btw going back through the steps again the “disable pings” was already on “enable” . I did click on it to disable and re enable so I could follow the steps. Old if that means something that it was still enabled. Any more suggestions 🤷‍♀️ Wow thank you so much. I have tried so many things and watched other RU-vid videos for days trying to fix my Roku connection on my hisense tv. That went out suddenly as you described . Was about to return it under warranty! This fixed it. Thanks 👍

My tv won’t stay connected to Wi-Fi. I tried this and it still only stays connected for a few minutes or seconds at a time. If you check the connection it says the signal strength is excellent but if you try to stream on an app it says the internet is not connected or the signal strength is to weak to stream the app
