I show you how to how to fix any app that is not working on a Hisense smart tv (Android TV). Maybe an app is not working properly where it is flickering with a black screen, has a black screen, you get an error message, No Picture, sound or audio sound muffled, out of sync, goes in and out, no sound, frozen, keeps freezing, wifi connection problems, no connection, audio sounds funny, volume is too low,, etc, etc. This goes for all apps.. Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, Vudu, RU-vid, Disney+, Sling, Google Play, Amazon Prime Video, RU-vid Kids, etc. Hope this helps.

ohmygod I really thought it wouldn't work because I did all the steps. but I repeated anyway, until it worked. I really thought I would never be able to watch my favorite series here on the app. It's really good that I did. Thanks a lot. I can't believe it worked.

Resetting the pic and sound worked. Been trying for days to get my Hulu and Peacock to stop with the black screen

I believe you skipped right over how I fixed ours. The TV isn't very old and I'm not familiar with all of the settings screens. But thank you for the video as the screen I saw was very similar to our old Amazon Stick. In this case, some of our apps were not playing and others were playing without sound. At 2.52 in your timeline, simply to to and perform the Restart under About. Thanks.

I had a Google TV home screen where the icons were grayed out, as was the rest of the screen, and the screen was strobing left to right. Unplugging it with power on and waiting 30 seconds before powering back on fixed it. Thank you very much!

Mine isn’t letting me do anything. If I try to reset it it doesn’t reset. It says storage full but it won’t delete the apps. I tried to update it it said updates are temporarily unavailable. The screen keeps going black.

Awesome!!!! We just purchased a new Hisense ultra high Definition TV and couldn’t get Netflix to work. (5/2/2024 🌺) Your first instructions were to unplug the TV from the wall. That’s exactly what I did. Then to plug it back in. Did that! And I clicked on Netflix and tada! Thank you So much!!!

I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. my dad jusy recently bought a 50inch Hisense tv and iopen oir netflix buy suddenly they logout it out so i try to open our netflix and once im opening to my profile its keep on saying unable to connect netflix. I searched on Google why Is it like the, it says that "i might have so some internet connection problem." but i keep om checking my internet speed 😀 it was okay. But still i cant connect to inflix, so i decided to watch some simple tutorial methods here on RU-vid how to fixed i watched so much videos like theyre saying that i need to troubleshoot something or reload the app. But still i cant and, i came to this video, and just do what he said.
