Do you have a video for hisense android TV that doesn't let you continue the new setup after resetting pls.. The setup stops after I select my time zone.. A remote control then appears like it's asking to link the remote or something before proceeding

Can we set HDMI as default source instead of going to android home screen. Now every time we have to select the source . That is quite annoying for my grandparents. They couldn't play their favorite programmes from my set top TV box which is connected to tv through HDMI cable.

Same thing I’m experiencing I just want the tv to come on and cable is up. Picture is great but I have to only give it two stars because I have elderly people trying to operate it and they can’t because of this

only able to use antenna tv access; what happens when you cant have the universal remote make anything work in your favor to watcha show. if the tv stays on the unable to access internet screen but has worked for tv channels before what do we do?

Nice video, figured it out myself the Christmas before last, when I got my hisense 42 smart TV and I love it, color is awesome and when I watch 4k and 8k you tube video it looks , awesome, only thing I don't like is after I set the time and the date it always resets to the factory date, very couple days, it's got an automatic setting but I don't have home net service I just use my hotpot on my phone occasionally, so it's on manual set, any idea why it always resets? Thanks

It has Chromecast built in. You just have to cast from phone to tv. Hitting the cast button will pop up your tv to select since you added the tv to your wifi.

You shouldn't have to select 2.0 it should auto detect.

@@metaldreams3595 for some reason mine wasn't, but it was on an older model PS4 cause I bought a newer PS4 console and it worked fine with the newer TV and my older PS4 connected with my older TV I have in my room. It was pretty strange but that's all I can think of is maybe it's cause they weren't compatible

I lost my on-screen keyboard. It will not show up when it's time for me to enter my wifi password. Nothing shows up under current keyboard either. Does anyone have any solutions? Edit: Found out I had to do a factory reset. I wasn't too invested in the apps I had on there. But I can still re-download them if I need to.

Is there a way to go straight to your cable service when you turn on the TV. My hisense TV goes to the factory home page, then I gave to select cable. Irritating. My other tv, LG goes straight to my cable service. So much easier

I am having the same issue. The onscreen keyboard is not popping up no matter how long I keep the cursor in the field. It just says to use the mobile keyboard on my device. I even went into keyboard preferences and there is nothing under current keyboard.😫
