Right?... mine doesnt even have a ethernet port and i was sure i bought a smart TV... then again i did buy a cheap ass Element guess thats what to expect from the TV version of E-Machines lol at this point i think ima avoid everything with an E at the front of it, cuz even those old ass Emerson DVD players were shit lol.
I've set up my TV a while back but want to add an app. What button on the remote do I use to get into settings that would allow me to add more than what the remote comes with for apps (Vudu, Pandora, RU-vid, Netflix) - because I want to add Pure Flix.

Every time I used the tv I have to reconnect the wifi. It’s a giant pain. Is it possible to add Disney plus or am I going to have to buy an external stick?

Can a modern smart TV be used with a simple TV aerial ? The reason I ask .. our bedroom TV stopped working yesterday and my wife went MAD. I suggested taking our Sony TV from the lounge but there was no option of selecting the input source to the aerial .. only HDMI or SCART options. Of course, I GOT THE BLAME I don't want to be buying a new TV and find I can't connect it to the aerial
How do I get the TV to STAY connected to wifi? I have to go through the menu, scan, enter the password, etc every single time I want to use Netflix. It's beyond frustrating. How can I fix this?

You can do one of 4 things. 1. Buy a real smart TV from a real manufacturer like SONY. 2. SmartTVs run on an android based OS, this means you should be able to side load apps, try looking up "how to sideload apps to smartTV" you will most likely need a pendrive. 3. Buy a ROKU 4. Try and screen mirror from a device and stream from one to the other.

Hi have just bought a 55 in Hitachi tv ,but cant set it up on the back there is 3 Hdmi connections 2 3 and 4 ,i have a black sky connection and a red Hdmi ,tried plugging them in with no luck can anyone help please
@ element electronics how do i change my internet network. I live in an apartment so the tv can pick up a number of wifi signals. it seems like the tv just picked any network and told me thats my network when it's not. how do i change my netowork
Okay scrolling down lots of people having trouble adding apps - the Element TV does not allow for adding apps (see their response to BG). Very disappointing.

It does on mine. I have Netflix and RU-vid going good. But I never tried Vudu or Pandora. All four are on my remote. When I hit one of them the first time (after I turn the T.V. on) it says it's connecting to my wireless network. Then it works good. Although, it did take me a few tries to get the wireless setup. Although, I think that was something to do with not punching in the password with the proper case letters or something like that.
@@TerryProthero you must be magic. When I bought the element a perk was free RU-vid. Only we've never been able to access it. Looked up on Google RU-vid and called element the co. and nothing wrkd. Not even the company's instructions
I don't know what TV they are talking about but it is definitely not my TV (Bought in July this year from Target). Very disappointed, complete garbage.
