Hisense TVs appear to be a bargain, but they don't hold up. I paid $590 for a 70” 70H6570G Hisense TV in Nov 2020. It died in Sept 2022. There is a one-year warranty on the TV. Hisense told me too bad; they won’t help me get the TV fixed either in warranty or outside of warranty. Hisense is a horrible company. Crap quality and terrible customer service. Other unhappy Hisense customers indicate that Hisense TVs often last between 1 and 2 years. I think that while all TV brands have issues, Hisense has far more than problems in warranty, and just out of warranty, compared to their competitors. If you decide to take the risk and buy one of these crap TVs, then purchase the longest extended warranties that you can buy. I will now go and buy a Samsung or LG like I should have in the first place! DON’T BUY HISENSE!!!
I totally agre with you I purchased 2 hisense tv, s a 50' and 55' aboth have went out on me and they're customer people sucks and are so inconsiderate I will never purchase another one and refer anyone else

Mine does this and I replace the 2 capacitor that usually became failure. (Looping problem) then everything went OK for a day. Waking up in the morning press the power button on the remote then appears the red blinking light at the bottom of the TV. I know need to test what's this other problem 😮💨
@@gbodysbc turned out with me getting a 50” QLED Sony lmao. Done with the cheap TVs wasn’t the capacitors it was the whole board that was fried from all the USB LED lights in the back of it
I have done the hard reset I’m trying to set back up after I chose the time zone option it goes to a picture of a remote control and a 3.2..1 count down on the screen. It shows the back button and home button being pushed at the same time. I mimick this with my remote and still nothing changes. Please help. 😢
Yes we already cannot understand u sounds like he trying to rap for the first time and what is all that racket?? We don't need annoying music if u want to call it that when we're trying to comprehend what ur saying. Also how do u jump from easy trouble shoot to the motherboard!??? Seriously? Not gonna happen. I feel like there's like 5 easier steroids we could've tried first instead. 🤦😭 They make these junk so u have to buy a new one. People spend the extra money and get a Samsung or LG!!! NOW I'M WITHOUT A TV bc I went cheap and bought a Hisense! And my last Vizio crapped out too. 😭😭😭
My red light on my 32" Hisense tv went off and I can't get it to come back on. We did have a storm last night but it didn't affect other devices. If I have to replace this almost new tv it sure won't be another Hisense..
I’m having the same problem but there wasn’t any storm for me it was working fine in the morning and then I left to go to work and when I got back home it wasn’t working. Did you ever find a solution to this problem?
I came accross this video that claims it is a back light problem. I have attached a link to the video. The shows in detail how to fix the problem. I have not attempted it (yet?) myself. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-egK2FzWslaY.html
When I wiggle my cord in the back of the TV the red light flashes but will not stay red and turn on. Tested and checked other cords with same response. Any idea?
If You Have Hisense, the best you can do is buy normal tv and throw it to trash. It is rubbish. I know from the experience. I was stupid as well and bought it one's .
Dear sir, thanks for reaching out here. Hisense tv not turning on and red light blinking due to several reasons. 1. If faulty voltage supply in psu board 2. Faulty main board So you need to check the faulty parts. Then replace the part. This will solve the problem. Before open tv back cover, turn off tv for 30 min. There are high voltage ⚡️ charge in psu board. If this is helpful please like and share the video with your friends and subscribe to the channel for next tech video.
Hi What does it mean when the red power light blinks 60 times (60 seconds) and restarts the TV? The Hisense TV never loads the OS and can not get pass the Hisense logo.
My Tv just powered itself off, no sleep timer on. I’ve unplugged the power cord left it out for about 20 minutes and tried to power it back on & it turned on-flashed the word HISENSE…-then turned itself right back off. What in the world now?
@@SillyLilCreatuure : Hey you know what, it is! I let it sit for about a couple of weeks unplugged. I know that the capacitors in the circuitry store a charge a good long while. My thought was that any accidentally entered setting for auto shut down would be lost- kind of like when you disconnect the battery to your car when the check engine light comes on. On a car the check light eventually comes back if the trouble is not corrected. That may not be what fixed the problem, but bottom line, it's working again like nothing was ever wrong. I'm just glad I resisted my wife's insistence that I throw it out! 😁 Let me know if you have any luck with yours!
We purchased a hisense 65" android tv to replace an aging tcl roku tv..needless to say, it was a downgrade. We have to do this reset EVERY time we try to turn it on. Will never buy hisense again.

@@zackmartin00 Anyone would understand the words that are on the screen. Everyone talking about understanding him are mainly talking about the music that is clearly muffling his voice at some parts.
