Believe it or not, this is the first time I watched a HISHE Dub. With Spider-Man No Way Home about to drop, seemed like a fun idea to watch the HISHE recap of the film that brought Peter Parker (Tom Holland) and Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) back with a snap! Who knows what the multi-verse will offer? Perhaps we'll see Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man again?! Could have Black Widow, Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield kickin' it at Stark Palace... I mean, Avengers HQ.

The thing about time travel in this movie is that they would only kill Thanos from that other timeline, not their own. There isn't one line of time, but many.

15:39 No Jaby. The Russo Brothers confirmed that Endgame was shot before Captain Marvel's movie and they didn't know what direction the filmmakers of the latter we're going to take with the character. So they took her out of most of the film because of it.

The reason why they didn't go back to the point in Wakanda when Thor almost killed Thanos is because they would have to face themselves. Look what happened to Cap when he came face to face with his past self. Imagine how past-Thor would react when he sees himself arriving from the future. They couldn't face themselves otherwise they would have done so when they visited 2012. It's the same exact reason which Hermione explains to Harry about why they couldn't rush into Hagrid's cabin in the past and grab Scabbers (Peter Pettigrew). They were already in the cabin in the past and if you meet your past versions, your past self will start to go crazy and even end up killing your future self. (Though this would only affect timelines with a closed loop and not like Endgame where there are multiple timeline and branched realities)

I dont get why people get confused by the time turner thing in harry potter. Bruh in the fifth book all the time turners got destroyed in the ministry of magic. The movies didn't show it but the book had mentioned it clearly.

Jaby, as a Potterhead the fact you mentioned at 13:29 If you have finished the movies, try reading the new play, "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" Though not many accept it as a sequel, since the series had the best possible ending. This play does explore the time travelling one, including visiting the parents in the final act

4:08 the whole point of time travel in Endgame is that "changing that past doesn't change the future" So even if they stopped thanos from snapping, it has already happened in future

They explained that traveling back in time to prevent events wouldn't change anything in their timeline. It would only cause another timeline. That's why they needed to bring the stones into their present time to bring everyone back

The bit about Harry Potter is actually explained in the books. Hermione returns the Time Turner to McGonagall. All Time Turners in the Ministry are destroyed during the battle in the Ministry in Order of the Phoenix.

They would not have an opportunity to replace the stones back into Thano's glove, as he was engaged in battle at the time and had all of the stones. they would have needed to go back and grab the gauntlet right after Hulk used it and before Thanos attacked. they would then need to go back to that moment and replace the stones--but of course, everyone in that room would see it and that would have created yet another time line because it has been altered. Further, how is it that Cap lived an entire life in a different timeline in which another Captain America already existed? how would he be able to explain that to Peggy who was already pining for her timeline's Captain America and without the other Cap becoming aware of it? best just to let it all go and not think about it.

The Avengers didn't choose the moments when Thanos had all the 6 stones because it would've been a big risk. What if Thanos whoops their ass again, or worse, kills them. These are logical answers.

If they can time it right, they can hide quietly, and attack thanos when thor's axe already hit him, before he snapped. Its possible with good timing. They can just plead with the avengers to borrow the stones and they would understand. Problem solved for both!

That's not how time travel work's. Because if they went to the moment when thanos had all the stones and killed him. Then the entire reality would have changed. Thor wouldn't become fat, hulk wouldn't become professor hulk, clint wouldn't become a killer, captain marvel would never meet the avengers, tony stark wouldn't patch up with Steve, vision wouldn't dye.So when they returned the entire reality would have been screwed up. That's why marvel didn't do that

Its really hard to make fun of Endgame. Yeah I know that its not a perfect film, no movies are perfect. But there are some amazing scenes in this movie which no one can make fun of. It was such a powerful movie overall.

Hi, Jaby. You also have to take into account that the snapped away people on Earth, that that also happened on every other planet in the universe. So it's then only logical that someone like Captain Marvel would be away to help the other planets who lost half its population.

For your information, the snap didn't just erased half the population on earth, it occurred throughout the universe. Half the population of the universe was erased. But, I get your point. They should have made proper excuse for captain Marvel absence initially. Also because of endgame story, eternals suffered in its story plot a lot. They missed the trick in the first place by not teasing or mentioning the eternals. Because, still lot people didn't get why celestials didn't stop Thanos during infinity war. New Celestials are born when a particular planet reach a correct population count. Because, of thanos erasing half the population across universe, he delayed the birth of so many ne celestials.

Lol yes it would. They literally stated the radiation is mostly gamma therefore hulk is more suitable to do the snap. Thor struggled with a taser thing to his neck in ragnarok so what makes you think he'll be fine with 6 infinity stones and doing the snap?

To the twirl girl, when thanos snapped, 50% of living died in the whole universe, not just earth. So ofcourse captain Marvel had to look after places other than earth.
