This walkthrough and presentation in the McPhail manner, was as good and enjoyable as it gets, particularly after I managed to get up off the floor after weezing, choking and a general light headedness brought on after hearing the tax numbers! lots of possibilities there, though selling such a big place with only 6 acres seems like a mistake. I'm guessing with the taxes to be determined this is subdivided off the original much larger acreage.
