I’ve been watching Ben and Erin work their magic “ if you will”, for almost two years now. This in my opinion, was probably their best project yet! The transformation is incredible! Not to mention that the new owners got into their home “ fully renovated “, for WELL under 300k! Where else in America could you do this?!!!! High, High Kudos Ben and Erin( and team)!🤴🏻👸🏼🇺🇸🧑🧑🧒🧒🎤🌎🥁🥁🥁🥁🎺🎺🎺🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👊🏽
Oh, but I fell in love with that retro porcelain sink from house #1. My granny had its twin. We would wash everything from veges to babies in that sink!
Did you do the upstairs ? Where is the laundry room ? Is the home stage when we see it or is all that decor included in the price ? Ben and Erin and there team do a great job .
The clients have the option of purchasing the furnishings. Unless something was done specifically for them. All the HGTV shows have this in the contract
I love this show but often wonder what the rest of the house looks like. The part that isn’t renovated. I would love to know what the upstairs looked like and if it was another project for the homeowners. After seeing the mess in the downstairs, I’m sure it was a mess upstairs as well.
I just don't like the exterior painting...white?!😒 ERIN!!!!why? But the interior really felt historic especially when they didn't do an open concept like modern times....I like the way it is, love the kitchen, the guest room, the living room....it feels very homey and nostalgic. Victorian or craftsmen they all had bright colourful exteriors, it looks odd painted in white...
I love this show, but I just can't really get behind it because they never show or even talked about the bedrooms and bathrooms let alone show them, so how is the house ever totally renovated?
@@L.Spencer my husband drives 20 minutes to work and we live in a city with 2000ppl. It’s less driving than when we lived in a big city with over a million ppl
How old is this show? Are there really houses for sale in the US for $75,000? Don't bother coming to Australia, you won't get diddly squat for that kind of money.
Yes. There are even cheaper houses. But they need work, obviously. I've seen quite a few in the Midwest for $100,000-$150,000 that are renovated, but are usually fairly small.
