Americana at its finest in a small Florida town? Look no further than Kenansville! I stumbled upon the original Post Office and old school house all in the same location! We will be waking around the grounds and seeing all that we can!

Hello and welcome to the World of Micah! I travel around filming everything and anything I find interesting -from theme parks to abandoned urban exploring. There's so many old schools across America just sitting around now that the population and needs have changed. Luckily in the town I live in most old schools like this one have been re-purposed.

awesome! Nothing better than a vintage post office (except maybe a vintage train depot!) My favorite historical post office is in Port Townsend Wa... brick building built at the turn of the century, it sits on a hill overlooking the PT bay... best view in the town ! ... and its still in use :-)

History is fun..... This is another reason I like your channel.... Different stuff....I wonder how much restoration they had to do if it sat untouched for 30 years .... Hot,cold ,and wet weather can do so much damage if not kept in checked...must have had a ton of spider webs....it also shows you how great things were built back then... built to last... crazy... interesting history of that building.... my dad went to that school when he was little. was you able to get ahold of anyone. I know a guy that could help you get you info about getting in to see the school.
