Where as dubai I been there Indians who are very settled in India. They are investing huge amount in real estate dubai. They are taking properties with low budget. For example 1 room space we get easily 1200 Dirahm Now we are getting the same more than 1500 dirham. Similarly, it goes top. Where as high-rise building in lahore Investment Totally flop idea. Mark my word Until new unless, new societies will not come with new projects.
