AZ-kvíz is a Czech TV game show which is aired since 2 January 1997. Pairs of contestants take turns in answering questions and filling a triangular board made of 28 hexagons. Whoever links 3 sides of the triangle with his/her own colour wins the game.
The intro is of pure informative character: Due to my significantly increased interest in Koichi Domoto, a few changes to the Block Party train (former profile pic) were made. The destination sign was changed to “堂本光一 / KOICHI DOMOTO”, and the PokemanDanLv45 logo has been replaced by SzR, Ayako Suzukawa’s fictional railway company.
The jingle used in the intro is the opening theme of “Risk!” (TV Nova, mid '90s).

RU-vid sources state that the 3rd intro was used since 2002. However, according to the AZ-kvíz group on Facebook, there are episodes from 1999 where the same intro was used. Proof is found in the AZ-kvíz group on Facebook: / 10154424948566143
All dates are written in the Czech format: DD. MM. YYYY. Exact dates after 2008 were found thanks to research through iVysílání. If that source is given in the video, the date in brackets is the exact date from which the intro was taken from.
