How is this material partial? This aligns with the rest of history as it's taught anywhere. Take any history and/or philosophy course at Ucla and you'll find that. I think this professor presents the material clearly and as objectively as one possibly could. Just a great lecture.
Just as clarity, Anglicanism was not really a standard term of the time, it was Church of England, and Henry VIII did essentially install his own Pope via the Archbishop of Canterbury, though the changes were conservative as she said.
I actually haven't watched this video yet. I've watched a few others. I think very highly of her lectures but the hat was what really prompted my comment. But I'm curious as to what text you're referring to.
