Today i´m happy because i´m starting to talk more deeply in the channel about something that I love: cinema! Starting with the histpry and evolution of the science fiction films. So I really hope that you loved this video, i´ll talk about other genres in future videos. :)
PS: sorry for the background noise in the parts where I appear. My city is very hot and I had to turn on the fan to not sweat and to be more comfortable (because all the bloopers).
Hoy estoy feliz porque estoy empezando a hablar con más profundidad en el canal sobre algo que amo: ¡el cine! Empezando con la historia y evolución de las películas de ciencia ficción. Así que realmente espero que les haya encantado este video, hablaré sobre otros géneros en futuros videos. :)
PD: perdón por el ruido de fondo en las partes donde aparezco. En mi ciudad hace mucho calor y tuve que prender el ventilador para no sudar y estar más cómoda (por todos los bloopers).

Technically speaking, Amazing was not originally a Pulp Magazine, being published in a larger format on slick paper - but it "went pulp" for a few years from 1933 on. During the 1980s, the title was licensed for a Genre Anthology TV series by Steven Spielberg: Amazing Stories. Unfortunately the magazine didn't capitalize on the TV show's publicity.

Ya que mencionas a la pelicula 2001: Odisea en el espacio, me resulta increible pensar, que medio siglo después, esta película aún nos ayuda a comprender el futuro.

Sobre 2001: Odisea en el espacio también me resulta importante comentar lo siguiente: Uno de los principales conflictos de la película puede verse como una lucha a muerte entre un humano y un ordenador. La inteligencia artificial de 2001, encarnada por HAL, constituye una presencia computacional omnisciente, el cerebro de la nave Discovery One y, posiblemente, el personaje más famoso de la película. HAL representa el culmen de la computación: es un dispositivo con consciencia, aparentemente infalible, cuya presencia en la nave es ubicua; lo escucha todo y lo ve todo. HAL no es un simple asistente tecnológico de la tripulación. Tal y como dice Dave Bowan, el comandante de la misión, HAL es el sexto miembro de la tripulación. Los humanos hablan e interactúan con HAL, y él les responde con una voz masculina comedida, a medio camino entre la voz severa pero indulgente de un padre y la voz de un bienintencionado enfermero. HAL es como Alexa y Siri, pero con el añadido de que HAL tiene total control sobre la nave y que, como se acaba sabiendo, es el único miembro de la tripulación que conoce el verdadero objetivo de la misión.
