been a fan of your gloves. wish shipping was cheaper to the US. but thanks for showing us the current line. Those old fashioned gloves look very amazing.
Also, the reason horse hair gloves are still made for professional contests are, they are known as a punchers glove, heavy handed fighters will prefer this kind of glove to try and get spectacular knock outs, As a sparring glove, this would be looked at as un-sportsman like, as you would either be sparring with a gym mate or paying for a partner in camp. Being a punchers glove, your coach wouldn't like you banging your gym mates about or if paying for a sparring partner, you may need them next time and would think twice about coming back to be knocked out or banged up, This is why we promote our pro sparring gloves as a protective glove, for you and your sparring partner or the retro old school glove, if you like the feel of a traditional glove.
@@Proamboxingequipment I do like slightly softer gloves, broken in gloves. Like top boxer old school for example with the “synthetic horsehair” fiber padding. Probably somewhat similar to your retro gloves and I am intrigued by them. Not a fan of hard sparring unless we’re talking about a pro fighter and most people who are into boxing are not that. I just think like Salvador, Barric boxing, new sporting even Rival since last year I think do horsehair and foam training gloves. I do think there is a market for them. I mean I’ve seen foam gloves that I’ve felt like , “wouldn’t want to spar against these dense bricks” and like Salvador horsehair training gloves for example I just don’t see any reason why they’d be unfit for sparring at least technical/light sparring. A pro fighter in training camp putting 70-80% in his punches is another story. Simply put I think there is a market for them, and was just wondering if you have looked into it.
