Let's not forget that Gustave Whitehead was the first to fly in Bridgeport Connecticut in 1901, 2 years before the Wright Brothers. Gustave's achievements were written about in many newspapers and Science magazines of the day. There were many eyewitnesses to this, who signed affidavits and these were filed in U.S. Court. Whitehead may even have flown as early as 1899.
I’m here in this area of the rabbit hole because I was trying to recall the name of a famous short guy in Bridgeport’s history named Tom little or some sort. Still lost in here but you earned that like on your vid.
The reason they will not tear down these factories is because if they do, dangerous chemicals would be released into the air, and it costs a lot of money to remove them, which I think they will do eventually.
