Episode 46 of "History of Entrance Themes." This videos goes through some of the theme songs used by WWE Superstar, The Big Show. (This does not include themes he used as part of a tag team)
@MintyRetroGames I asked Michael Hayes on Twitter, he said it was not him, but it sounds pretty much similar to his voice, and I can say that cause I have every song Hayes has ever recorded. Maybe it was someone imitating his voice
I know a lot don't like Crank It Up, but that's my personal favourite. Every earlier version was substantially faster & anything fast with that behemoth of a man never felt right.
Welllll - Well it's the Big Show Yes it's a big bad show tonight.. dawg - (ohhh) Yeah it's the Big Show Come on - Crank it up and turn on all the lights.. yall - (ohhh) Well get ready for something Th

@@IcyHenry and it was originally the theme for Saint Valentine’s Day Massacre. But it’s reversed. Used 3 different times and I kinda wanna see it again
@@IcyHenry 100% Mace and T-Bar. I’d also consider OMAS and maybe Tommaso Ciampa. But I think it fits Mace the most. This is way far fetched, but I’d like to see Mace go back to being a singles competitor with his old name Dio Madden. I’d give him the Massacre theme and book him as an unstoppable heel.
@@ballsinthechat well yeah i agree for using it for mace, ciampa already has a iconic theme song. But yea mace as a singles wrestler again would be great!
I think you might have the date wrong for Big Show's 6th theme. He was still with Undertaker in September of 1999, and the Aggression Album that featured hip hop renditions of various entrance themes (which this song was from) released in 2000, during Big Show's babyace run.
Pretty sure nobody thinks his Aggression theme was his best, objectively or subjectively. You may want to brush up on what “subjective” and “objective” both mean.
The hip hop rap version of Big Show's theme with Mack 10 from the WWF Aggression CD, was in 2000, not 1999. That was the day after WrestleMania when he started coming out to the ring doing impersonators of other wrestlers : Godfather, Val Venis, Hulk Hogan and Rikishi to name a few.
That version was never used on Arena, similar to "Burn In My Light", "I Walk Alone ", "Voices", "My Time", "Just Close Your Eyes (Waterproof Blonde)". Same theme but different mix compared to the album versions.
No chance in hell brings bag hard-core Nintendo 64 vibes. Was that anyone else's theme or was it just one of the songs you could use on a your created player and that's where I'm getting the flash backs from.. lol
I think you used the wrong version of Massacre it was actually a different version, the one you used was Luke Gallow's theme that was a remixed version of the one Big Show used.
I know Michael Hayes did the Demo of the first Big Show theme. I wonder if that's his voice on the final and official theme song? It does sound like him
@@IvarDerGrosse No, there isn't. Don't know where you're getting the idea that there's a V3 of Big, but only two versions were ever used. The "third" version you're thinking of is the album version from WWE the Music Vol. 4, which that version was never used on TV. The rap version from WWE Aggression is technically V3.
In the description it's stated that only themes that he came out to alone were used. If you can find evidence of him using those themes for a one on one match then maybe you have a point.
I love your work honestly I do, but you're missing his Union and themes during his impersonations gimmick (Val Venis, The Showster, and the Braveheart one)
Big Show wasn't called Big Show yet when he debuted in the WWF/E, he was using his real name Paul Wight back then. They gave him the No Chance music because he started out as a member of The Corporation heel stable at that time, and that was their theme song that they all came out to the ring to.
@@snakeeyes2551 yeah but he was using THAT theme because he was in a TAG TEAM, hence why he stopped using it when he was no longer in THAT tag team but okie dokie 🤷🏾♂️
My personal ranking of The Big Show‘s entrance themes (most to least favorite): Crank It Up Unholy Alliance Massacre Rockhouse Big No Chance In Hell Big (Hip Hop Version)
I personally prefer Crank It Up over Big. Like the rougher singing more. Massacre and Unholy Alliance are surprisingly cool, tapping a bit more in Paul Wright‘s gigantic monster vibes :D Personally not a fan of the Hip Hop Version of Big. Just not for me
