Personally I think it makes the most sense that Emperor Hadrian began the rebuilding of Jerusalem as Aelia Capitolina which was the final straw for the Jews, leading to the second revolt. After crushing it, Hadrian finished building his new Roman City on the ruined ruins of Herod’s Jerusalem. Of course this is Theoretical and the revolt may have been a response to AC, or the other way around.

The city was called Aelia (Ilya) and The Holy Temple (Bait Al Maqdis) during Prophet Muhammad's lifetime and after his death.

....And there you have it...Aelia Capitalona was originally a Roman City Fort that would later in the 4th Century become known as the City of Jerusalem upon Constantine's conversion to Pagan Christianity. No wonder there are so many pagan Christian churches located there in a so-called Holy City that was in fact a Roman City Fort that was converted into the Capital City of Jerusalem by a Pagan Emperor named Constantine!... Oh! What a shameful, tangled web they weaved, when first they practiced to deceive!. 🤔🤔🤔
