Who else thinks the Walking with series needs a reboot. As much as I loved the original series both the science and the special effects are very dated. New fossil finds have shown many things in the series incorrect and of course computer effects have advanced leaps and bounds since 1999 and could easily blow away the original series. Other than that keep the same nature documentary style that made me adore the original series

This franchise really brought these animals back to life in a way that no other series has been able to and perfectly captures the majesty of prehistory. Sure it has inaccuracies, but it has heart and that’s what counts! Not sure anything will ever be able to capture the same lighting in a bottle again.

How can you compare a blockbuster movie to a documentary? That is so dumb. Also, how is this better than Jurassic World? I love the walking with series as much as the next person but its aged like milk in terms of CGI and scientific accuracy. Heck it was inaccurate when it came out!

Dino Box everything you said is all subjective. Heck the animals behaving like killing machines is because it’s a Science fiction film. Don’t compare a documentary with a film. It’s a stupid thing to do and detracts from either experience.

I binge watched Walking with Monsters, Walking with Dinosaurs, Walking with Beasts and the Future is Wild and in this sequence they make a single great documentary series.

What we need is another miniseries. Not a remake, but a story about other prehistoric life. Seeing a fully realistic Sinosauropteryx would not only be breathtaking, it would be beautiful.

The Elrhaz fauna would be great for a WWD episode. Suchomimus, Eocarcharia, Kryptops, Nigersaurus, Sarcosuchus, etc. So would the Csehbanya Formation. Island dinosaurs, freshwater mosasaurs and all.

Not to insult you, honestly, but you have an incredibly poor understanding of history, especially the first three centuries where the church, the faith in Christ, spread all over the ancient world before Rome adopted it. Jesus said 'those who live by the sword, will perish by the sword' and told his disciples not to fight for him physically and healed the man who lost his ear when Peter cut it off if you've forgotten. It doesn't matter what men say, it matters what God says in the Bible. Read the Bible, it is the only way not to die and rot in the grave and then burn in hell. +Max Carson Doesn't really fit into the rest of the series. Plus it was significantly different in content and Tim Haines wasn't involved, so I didn't think it counted.

+gckbowers411 Yeah, but they used certain animals from Walking with Beasts for some clips and it had "Walking with…" in the title, so I thought it was official. The next time you do a remake or something, do you think maybe you would be kind enough to include it?

Max Carson I left it out for the same reason I left out the Walking with Dinosaurs movie: not much to do with the rest of the series. Plus the animals from Walking with Beasts were just stock footage, which lots of documentaries borrow from the Walking with series. You can always download the video and put some caveman clips in the middle if you want to though.

Not part of the same series. It was made by ITV and contradicts the events of Sea Monsters ("Nigel is going back to the Carboniferous period, farther than he has ever gone before"), and the creature designs are all different so I don't think it counts.

I figured walking with cavemen was too different, didn't have Tim Haines involved, but who knows. Prehistoric Park however is definitely not part of the series. It was on a different network, the dinosaurs are all redesigned, etc.

+Bk Jeong It wasn't that bad. A few exaggerations here and there. Walking with Monster went a bit overboard though with inaccuracies. Overall, it gets the point across.

my friend i'm just beaging for : walking with dinosaurs/beasts/monsters 2 a walking with dinosaurs trilogy 2: air monsters walking with dinosaurs special with 2 more episodes baland of big sue (a big t-rex skeleton, the biggest) But made with the old style and not like planet dinosaur. Yes we all know that planet dinosaur was made in a computer so it had less than the half money but walking with dinosaurs was much, much better. do we know if they are going to make something like that i said or at least something differend made with the old style?
