Established Titles does not give you Real Titles at all, you don't get anything at all, the Laird title is limited to ONE per property and cannot be divided like that, more importantly, your "souvenir plots" can't be registered due to a prohibition as per Land Registration (Scotland) Act 2012, s 50 (2).
@Av-vd3wk
@Av-vd3wk Год назад
EstablishedTitles is a Scam! Stay away. Bummer he slings this garbage. The company behind Established Titles only gives a vague address within the plots of land it purports to sell (which should belong to others) and it is not a postal address, which means it cannot be the registered address of the business. Further digging shows that the company is actually based in Hong Kong but according to its Terms and Conditions page, it abides by the laws of the State of New York (however, no such company actually exists in NY and Established Titles does not appear anywhere on the HK company’s website apart from a reference to single individual by the name of Katerina Yip). Additionally, souvenir plots are not registered with the Land Register of Scotland, meaning you don’t legally own the land and in fact, the land you “bought” can be sold to others as well. Buying a single square foot of land is NOT enough to actually make you a Lord or Lady; the British and Scottish take these traditions very seriously: The Court of the Lord Lyon (a Scottish court specifically dedicated to overseeing all issues of heraldry, including titles and coats of arms usage) has ruled that programs like Established Titles are not real and anyone using a descriptor like Lord or Lady supposedly granted to them through the purchase of a souvenir plot has no real right or authority to use them

You guys missed the best part of Deir el Bahri. As a woman, Hatshepsut was barred from being entombed in the Valley of the Kings, so the builders of her mortuary temple simply dug under the mountain and placed her burial chamber (presumed to be, since her actual body has never been verified) inside the effective boundary of the Valley. That woman was a someone to be reckoned with.

Hatshepsut was buried in the tomb of her father, Thutmose I in the Valley of the Kings - her co-regent Thutmose III removed the body of Thutmose I from his tomb and her presence and reburied him elsewhere, leaving Hatshepsut's body behind. In this video, it is also briefly mentioned in this video that queens were occasionally buried in the Valley of the Kings.

Egypt is so unique to me because of how intrinsically connected it is to the Nile, the whole kingdom didn’t expand too far from the river itself a fleet was all you needed to properly patrol the whole place. It’s no wonder it’s people were relatively centralised and able to build such wonders the government had an easier time of management

Blows my mind to see a 3D reconstruction of the stories I was raised on whether I read them in a book I got from the library like with Greek mythology, in the bible, or in a history book. Ancient cities with thousands of years of history that have been gone for thousands of years. And then since I'm American I think about things like the tamale. A dish invented 8000 years ago. Can't even get an answer on who invented horsehair pottery other than the "Pueblo" people. Come on man. Pueblos exist in the biggest area you've ever seen. Thanks. Join the discord if you read this there's smarter people there

@TheRealFeechLaManna
@TheRealFeechLaManna Год назад
Well, the Pueblo culture refers more specifically to a culture in the south western states in North America in 1000-1300 CE. We are talking about a stone age culture at the time of the early European renaissance, Saladdin in Middle East, Kublai Khan in China, Timur in Central Asia..and the big Muslim empires in Africa..SO really, there is nothing in any of the Americas yet of any interest at that time..Azteks are forming in the valley of Mexico but that's it, and that ain't much.

That was an amazing journey to one one the greatest ancient places - thank you so much for such documentaries. It's a pure joy to watch and learn from modern 3D graphics. It could be even more glorious if these animations could be more clear: the camera is moving around sometimes without the geographical context, so I had to make 50 pauses to keep tracking where the monuments on the map actually are. Nevertheless I track them all and I'm incredibly satisfied!
