Victory Outreach in the Heart of the Bay has been reaching the inner cities of the East Bay Area since 1981. The miracles of the life-changing power of Jesus Christ in Victory Outreach are so overwhelming for just one video. These are a few of the testimonies of what God has done within the Church for over 30 years.
Some have asked "Well, what is the HEART of the Bay? Where does that come from?" That is a great question. If you're familiar with the Bay Area than you know that San Francisco is referred to as 'The City' and Oakland is referred to as 'The Town.' So, Hayward is known as 'The Heart.' And we want to just continue to preach the Heart of God here in the Heart of the Bay.
